Frequently Asked Questions

Will you refurbish my wreath?

We have permanently suspended wreath refurbishing services, we originally suspended the service due to the COVID-19 pandemic, however we have made the change permanent due understaffing and other factors related to previous refurbishing work. 

Do you take returns?

We are currently operating on a 2 week exchange policy. We do not accept exchanges/returns of custom made items i.e. Bows and Wreaths. 

How long will you hold my custom order?

Generally speaking, we are happy to hold your custom item(s) until you are able to pick up, however if the item is left 3 weeks or more beyond the agreed upon pick-up-date, we reserve the right to place your item on the floor for general purchase, without notice. 

What are your hours?

We are currently operating under shortened hours: Monday - Saturday 10:00am - 5:00pm. 

Is The Brown Bean open?

No. The Brown Bean will remain closed until they are able to be fully operational. They are, however, making boxed lunches which are available in the gourmet cooler in The Ginger Bread House.
